Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Legal Applications will support the evolving business needs of software utilized by the legal team. This role involves close collaboration with legal stakeholders to gather requirements and coordination with development teams to deliver effective solutions. The position also includes providing training and technical support for legal-specific applications such as contract lifecycle management (CLM), intellectual property (IP) software, Litera Compare, and others.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage internal and external resources to deliver software solutions.
Serve as the primary IT contact for all legal software needs, including CLM, Litera Compare, Resolver, Microsoft Word, and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with business teams to develop and enhance features in the CLM tool and provide ongoing user support.
Design and implement clear processes based on business use cases and industry best practices.
Generate reports to demonstrate business outcomes and success metrics.
Lead a team responsible for resolving, monitoring, and tracking issues to ensure user satisfaction through accurate problem identification and resolution.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge bases, workarounds, and permanent solutions.
Provide strategic guidance and proactive support for application implementation.
Stay informed about current legal technology solutions to support the legal team effectively.
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
Experience: Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Conga CPQ and CLM, Workshare Compare, Resolver, and iManage.
Certifications: Certified Legal Management (CLM) 102 preferred.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with legal terminology and workflows.
Base Salary Range: $112,500 – $165,000
Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
