LHH is seeking a direct hire Bilingual Korean Legal Assistant to sit on client site in Costa Mesa, CA.
PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Salary is up to $54,000 depending on experience.
Legal Assistant (Bilingual Korean)
We are looking for a determined Korean-speaking Legal Assistant to join our Korean Client Services Division. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping clients and eager to resolve their challenges through consistent follow-up and engagement.
Compensation:
$20 - $26/hr, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Manage new client onboarding.
Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
Monitor potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone, and referrals).
Facilitate in-person client sign-ups.
Open claims and send letters of representation.
Schedule client appointments for medical treatment.
Obtain medical records, bills, and any missing information/documents.
Assist with the property damage portion of insurance claims.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, intake specialist, or in a relevant personal injury law role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual (English and Korean) is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
