About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a back-office position with our client in Covington, Kentucky. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates with a strong administrative background and a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing records, preparing reports, and organizing files.
Support back-office operations by handling data entry, processing documents, and maintaining databases.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
