$24.00 - $29.00 per Hour
- Process payroll transactions with precision and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update payroll records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis.
- Work closely with HR to administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, resolving any issues swiftly and compassionately.
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department, and external agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and trends in compensation and benefits.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, or a related field if highly preferred
- Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software, as well as state and federal regulations relating to payroll and benefits.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll processing platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
