We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team, offering a competitive hourly wage of $16-$18. This full-time position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of property management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property administration, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing outstanding tenant services. As a Property Administrator with our client, you will be the cornerstone of daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of properties, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Your duties will include:

· Overseeing lease administration, managing tenant relations, and ensuring timely collection of rent.

· You'll conduct regular property inspections to maintain and enhance property standards, coordinate maintenance requests, and liaise with vendors to ensure top-notch service delivery.

· Additionally, you will assist in budget preparation, report generation, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

· Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for tenants and visitors alike, making you a key player in the client's operations.

The ideal candidate for the Property Administrator role will:

· Possess a minimum of two years of experience in property administration, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of property management operations.

· A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for those who have completed coursework in real estate or property management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

· Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software, is expected.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for managing tenant correspondence and vendor negotiations.

· The candidate should also have a solid understanding of financial principles relevant to property management, including budgeting and financial reporting.

· A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a track record of maintaining professional tenant relations is paramount.
