Job Title: Property Administrator Location: Covington, KY Pay Rate: $17 to $19 per hour Job Type: Full-time, 100% Onsite


About the Role:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Property Administrator for our client in Covington, Kentucky. This role requires a professional with at least 2 years of experience in property administration who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including tenant communications and lease administration.


  • Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease renewals.


  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.


  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and property audits.


  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.


  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.


Qualifications:



  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property administration is required.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in real estate or property management is a plus.
