This collaboration has opened up an opportunity for a skilled individual to join their team as an Accounting Clerk. The position is available for direct hire, indicating a stable and immediate role within the company.

Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year



Responsibilities:
  • Perform data manipulation and analysis using Excel to support financial decision-making.

  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and assist with job costing to track project expenses.

  • Collaborate with vendors for timely procurement and accurate bookkeeping.

  • Execute administrative tasks efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department.

  • Work as a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to team objectives.


Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of data analysis.

  • Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.





Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
