• Weekly vendor payment processing – check runs
• Daily processing of vendor invoices
• Research GL coding issues
• Resolve disputes and issues on vendor invoices
• Work with buyers to resolve PO issues

• Three or more years of accounts payable experience is required
• Experience working in a larger company, with high volume processing
• Knowledge of large ERP systems is preferred
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
• High level of comfort with MS Excel
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, required
