Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and manage direct bill invoices.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Property Management Office.

  • Provide phone coverage and distribute workload for administrative personnel.

  • Assist with vendor contracts and maintain equipment inventory.

  • Manage the property management calendar and filing systems.

  • Coordinate building access for contractors and vendors.

  • Offer IT assistance for building staff.

  • Order kitchen, office, and engineering supplies.

  • Maintain disaster preparedness and policy manuals.

  • Handle parking and leasing issues.

  • Schedule and coordinate special events and filming projects.

  • Update and maintain building websites.

  • Manage tenant security access cards.

  • Distribute incoming mail and assist with leasing tours.

  • Insurance: Maintain insurance files and prepare notification letters.

  • Customer Relations: Develop positive customer relations, coordinate orientations, recycling programs, events, move-ins, and tenant communications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of administrative/office management experience preferred; commercial real estate experience a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and team-oriented.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle physical demands.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • Compensation: $24-28 per hour.

  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire

  • Location: Dallas, TX 75225
