Salary is $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cash operations, managing both incoming and outgoing transactions efficiently.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's cash position.
Analyze budgetary needs and financial reports to predict cash requirements and positions.
Utilize cash receipts and disbursements to forecast daily cash positions.
Prepare and analyze monthly cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
Improve efficiency in cash collections, funds transfers, cash disbursements, and month-end account closing activities.
Coordinate with banks for the opening of new accounts and address any account issues or queries.
Maintain a backup for all financial data and coordinate quarterly distributions to investors.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
