About the Role: Are you passionate about fashion and lifestyle brands? Do you excel in providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to success? LHH is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Lead Customer Service Representative to join a prestigious lifestyle and fashion company located in the vibrant Dallas Design District. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of customer service representatives, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently in both English and Spanish.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.

  • Mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and support.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.

  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably within the lifestyle or fashion industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and poise.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.

  • A passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
