LHH is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Lead Customer Service Representative to join a prestigious lifestyle and fashion company located in the vibrant Dallas Design District. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team of customer service representatives, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently in both English and Spanish.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
Mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably within the lifestyle or fashion industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and poise.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
A passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
