LHH is looking for a Digital Experience Director to join our client's team. This candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that spans email, web, social media, and online advertising channels.
This role will be contract to hire and candidate needs to be local to Dallas.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a cohesive digital strategy that integrates email marketing, web presence, social media, and online advertising
Oversee the development, management, and execution of email and web campaigns,
Maintain a compelling online experience to drive engagement
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the digital strategy aligns with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
Utilize email marketing and lead nurturing to enhance marketing automation processes and improve campaign performance
Leverage web analytics to monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital channels
Deliver accurate and insightful analysis of digital channel performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
4+ years of experience
MUST have experience with HubSpot
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Pay Details: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour
The role is contract and hybrid in Dallas, Texas.
