LHH is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our real estate client's team! We're looking for someone who has experience developing marketing strategy and crafting compelling content, and managing digital campaigns.

Real Estate Marketing Manager

Onsite | Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials such as flyers, client proposals, and offering memorandums using Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

• Collaborate with corporate marketing to compile case studies, client information, and maintain an updated content library.

• Oversee email and social media channels, developing and executing content and campaigns.

• Manage and update property listings on various platforms including company websites, LoopNet, and CoStar.

• Track and respond to inquiries on all team listings using a client relationship management (CRM) system.

• Prepare property surveys, tour books, brochures, and other marketing materials as needed.

• Support rebranding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 4 years in marketing; real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
