LHH is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare organization located in Dallas (this position will be in-office). They are seeking a Director of Finance to lead their Corporate FP&A Team and continue to assist in the growth of the company. This role will partner closely with the VP and the rest of the Senior Executive Team and will oversee the FP&A team. This role will range in compensation from $150,000 to $170,000 with a 20% bonus potential and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the VP and business leaders to oversee the financial planning activities

• Lead strategic financial planning efforts including build out of the long-range plan

• Support key financial decisions (e.g. prioritize new growth opportunities, cost savings efforts, spend planning) by leading the team to produce financial models that will enable recommendations to senior management

• Evaluate forecasting and planning systems

• Play a key role in the creation of Board materials

• Partner with sales operations and marketing on sales pipeline and forecasting reporting and analysis

• Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into summarized presentations/management views.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or other related field

• Masters Degree is highly preferred

• Previous experience working in healthcare (preferably in a multi-location environment)

• Public Accounting experience is highly preferred

• Previous supervisory experience is required

• Ideal candidate will have 8+ years' of experience
