Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly organized Executive / Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneurial Founder in both business and personal tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires discretion, adaptability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities with ease.

Location: Dallas, TX (in-person role, occasional travel or errands required)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional after-hours flexibility preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel with precision

  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to multiple email inboxes, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups

  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Founder and internal/external contacts

  • Run personal and business-related errands such as post office and UPS drop-offs, dry cleaning, or gift purchasing

  • Support the Founder with personal appointments, home scheduling needs, and vendor coordination

  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and notes

  • Manage task lists, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly reliable, trustworthy, and discreet

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital tools (Google Workspace, scheduling apps, etc.)

  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and flexible with shifting needs

  • Prior experience supporting a high-level executive or entrepreneur preferred

  • Must have reliable transportation for local errands
