Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service to employees with questions over the phone, via email, or other points of contact responses to employees.
Identify and assess employees' needs and provide a solution to best meet the needs of the employee
Ensure employee data in HRIS is accurate and current; submit documentation for adjustments.
Create offer letters and other correspondence.
Assist with employee training and special event setup.
Coordinate and update pre-employment status including badge access, drug testing, and orientation.
Accurately and timely logs all cases received via phone or e-mail into the case management system and close once resolved.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in a relevant human resources position
General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
Strong ability to work with a team and build relationships throughout the organization
Strong communications skills

Hybrid, M-F, 8-5
Pay: $20-22.50/hr.
