Responsibilities

• High volume Index Matching and AP invoice Routing

• Match AP invoices to checks

• Reconcile vendor statements

• Purchase order experience

• Address vendor payment inquiries from your vendors

• Three way & Two way matching

• Reviewing payable statements for all your vendors and work any differences

• Matching checks with vouchers

• Excel Savvy

• Maintain accounts payable files and W-9 records

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of solid AP knowledge and experience

• Professional vendor contact skills

• Intermediate Excel
