Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HRIS contact, ensuring accurate and timely employee data.
Continuously evaluate system effectiveness and generate actionable HR metrics and reports.
Lead conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Coach managers and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
Deliver engaging orientation programs and support new hires through their first 90 days.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
Maintain up-to-date policies and manage leave programs and workers’ compensation.
Process payroll and manage benefits programs, including health, retirement, and 401(k).
Lead open enrollment and liaise with vendors to optimize offerings.
Design and deliver training programs, including leadership development and benefits education.
Support performance review processes and collaborate on site-based training initiatives.
Champion DEI efforts, employee recognition, and internal communication strategies to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
3+ years in HR roles within multi-state organizations
Experience in real estate, property management, or student housing (preferred)
Proven leadership and coaching experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HRIS/payroll systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office; ability to travel occasionally
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $80,000-100,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire
