Responsibilities:

• Maintain, develop, and research the ADP Workforce Now system by accurately configuring and processing data, including maintaining system tables, workflows, platform configuration, security, etc.

• Recommend and implement policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.

• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HRIS systems.

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system and data integration issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of ADP Workforce Now integration development and/or maintenance

• Experience in ADP Workforce Now is required

• Netchex software experience preferred

• Experience with integrations, data structures, HR business processes (workflow), security, and reporting areas

• Tax compliance knowledge preferred

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Details:

• Hybrid(after training), M-F, 8-5(flexible)

• Pay: $35-40/hr.

• Type: 3-6 month contract

• Location: Dallas, TX 75220
