LHH is currently recruiting for a HubSpot Analyst for a permanent role with our client. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of HubSpot and data analytics experience. This is a remote role to be worked in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the HubSpot platform, including setting up workflows, templates, and data integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
Analyze data within HubSpot and generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer journey processes.
Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, lead scoring models, and A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Maintain data hygiene within HubSpot by regularly auditing, cleaning, and segmenting the database to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Train team members on HubSpot features, best practices, and reporting tools; act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support requests.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, with a focus on analytics, CRM management, or marketing automation.
Strong data analysis skills with experience in data visualization and reporting within HubSpot (familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics is a plus).
Proficiency in setting up workflows, integrations, and other automation tools within HubSpot. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and data discrepancies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of working cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
HubSpot Certification(s) preferred.
