We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative real estate team. This role is pivotal in supporting lease compliance, tenant relations, and operational accuracy across a diversified commercial property portfolio. You will interface closely with internal legal, accounting, and property teams as well as external real estate partners to manage lease documentation, financial reconciliations, and database integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage lease data and supporting documentation in Yardi Voyager, including rent schedules and recovery metrics.
Ensure compliance with lease terms through regular review and auditing of lease files and tenant charges.
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries regarding lease details and billing matters.
Coordinate with property management and legal teams to resolve discrepancies, lease amendments, and compliance concerns.
Track lease renewals, expirations, and certificates of insurance to ensure timely and accurate administration.
Analyze lease agreements and prepare abstracts to summarize key financial and legal terms.
Assist with budgeting and provide support on lease-related financial reporting.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and support accounts receivable tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years in lease administration, commercial real estate, or property management.
Proficiency with lease management software (Yardi Voyager preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-service mindset.
