Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial operations? We’re looking for a Transaction Management Operations Analyst to join a dynamic team responsible for the custody, reconciliation, and settlement of billions in client assets. This hybrid role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical.
As part of the Balancing and Reconciliation team, you’ll support over 40,000 securities across 300+ mutual fund companies and 15 alternative investment firms. You’ll help manage and oversee $30 billion in annual dividend distributions and ensure the accurate disbursement of more than $100 million in client funds.
Your day-to-day will involve researching complex operational issues, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to initiatives that reduce risk and improve the client experience. You’ll collaborate with financial advisors, investment managers, and internal teams to support operational accuracy and excellence. Responsibilities also include supporting audits, participating in system testing, updating procedural documentation, and recommending process improvements.
What You Bring:
2–3 years of experience in reconciliation, billing, trading support, or investment operations
Familiarity with mutual funds, alternative investments, or managed products
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
General understanding of accounting principles and system workflows
Work Schedule: Hybrid (remote + in-office)
Location: Dallas, TX
