LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator in the Dallas TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Responsibilities:

  • Process semi-monthly payroll and track employee attendance.

  • Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment and 401(k) compliance.

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.

  • Assist with recruiting, performance reviews, and HR compliance.

  • Coordinate insurance renewals, notary updates, and vendor invoices.

  • Manage Cristo Rey student program and support occasional firm events.

  • Help with attorney recruiting, including interview coordination and offer letters.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of human resource experience.

  • Payroll processing experience required.

  • ADP experience highly preferred.

  • Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • Compensation: $70,000-90,000 annually

  • Employment Type: Direct hire

  • Location: Dallas, TX 75202
