Responsibilities:

• Process payroll weekly

• Maintain time keeping records

• Review payroll and payroll reports for accuracy

• Maintain accurate set up and tax filings

• Sets up garnishments and levies

• Maintain direct deposit documentation

• Verify and reconcile W2’s

• Reconcile reports quarterly and annually

• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of multistate payroll processing experience

• UKG experience highly preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish required

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• General Ledger accounting; journal entries; reconciliations experience preferred

Details:

• Onsite, M-F, 8-5

• Pay: $75,000-85,000 annually

• Type: Direct Hire

• Location: Dallas, TX 75240
