We are currently collaborating with a well-established multi-family construction firm located in Addison, TX, to hire a Project Accountant. The successful candidate must possess experience in AIA billing, lien waiver management, and construction draws. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000. Prior experience in multi-family construction is required.

ACCOUNTING DUTIES:

Processing monthly AIA billings for subcontractors related to large multifamily construction projects in a timely manner.

Assist Project Managers with the issuance of all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.

Produce weekly reports for ongoing projects along with analysis of costs vs. budget.

File Management

Vendor Management including keeping up with insurance requirements & tax forms.

Set-up/ Close out/ Job Cost/ Budgeting / Change Orders / Track & Log Submittals

Lien Waiver Management

A general working knowledge of the construction and real estate industry is preferred.

4. Ability to excel in a fast paced, occasionally high-pressure environment.

5. RealPage & Sage Intacct experience is a plus, but not required.
