LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a banking Reconciliations Operations Analyst to support a Tier 1 global banking client with a long-term contract that will span through March 2026. Job Duties:

• Manage relationships and sub-accounting services for securities, including mutual funds, alternative investments, and money market positions.

• Perform transfer agency and sub-accounting services.

• Resolve cash and position discrepancies in settlement and custody ledger accounts.

• Support accurate cash settlement, custody oversight, and dividend distributions.

• Provide supplemental data reporting to improve operational efficiency for fund groups.

• Ensure positive client experiences by delivering clearance, settlement, and custody services for millions of trades, corporate actions, and income payments annually.

• Monitor and analyze daily outages due to discrepancies in trades, corporate actions, and non-trade transactions.

• Lead projects and special assignments.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in reconciliation, billing and project management exposure

• Experience with investment products (mutual funds, managed products, alternative investments, etc) in an operational setting.

• Knowledge of various product types within an operational setting.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties efficiently while exercising sound judgment.

• General knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical thinking and reconciliation management skills.

Worksite Type: Hybrid

Pay: $21.00-22.25/hr
