LHH is partnering with a growing client located in the heart of Downtown Dallas to find a new SR Recruiter to add to their team! The right candidate will have experience in corporate recruitment and also experience working in the student housing industry. They offer great compensation and benefits as well as growth potential! Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process for multifamily property management roles, with a focus on student housing positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements and culture fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the company.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the multifamily property management or student housing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
