Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for multifamily property management roles, with a focus on student housing positions.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements and culture fit.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the company.

• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

• Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the multifamily property management or student housing industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
