An established and data-driven organization is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the strategic design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the business. This position plays a critical role in ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices by leveraging market data, internal job analysis, and advanced Excel modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage base pay, incentive, and variable compensation programs.

  • Evaluate job roles, job families, and pay structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leadership to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.

  • Analyze compensation data and prepare actionable insights using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs).

  • Administer annual merit cycles, bonus programs, and monthly/quarterly incentive payments.

  • Ensure compensation practices comply with FLSA and other regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and enhance compensation infrastructure including job codes, pay ranges, and policy documentation.

  • Prepare and manage compensation-related documentation such as plan summaries, employee letters, and workflow approvals.

  • Participate in or lead compensation surveys, job description creation, and special compensation projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or finance within a corporate or large multi-location setting.

  • Proven experience in incentive and variable pay program design and administration.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, ADP, or PayFactors is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulatory requirements, and survey methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • CCP or other HR/compensation certification preferred but not required.
