Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Must have good tenue at jobs. (Minimum of 2 years at each job)
Must be proactive and a self starter (will train on law firm specifics, but not willing to train on basic LA duties)
Must have 5 years of experience in a law firm (can be from Personal Injury field, but not a totally different field)
Must be proficient in calendaring, efiling, federal filing, attorney time billing, trial prep (trial binders and discovery)
Must have knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civ Pro, filing deadlines, legal jargon
Will be supporting the managing attorney and main attorney (2)
Software: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe is a must, DMS software, needles, clio, and Tabs (billing software)
Family oriented firm. Established since 1933. Need someone with a great attitude. Cheerful team player.
Attire is business casual. No bluejeans. Professional casual.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
