We’re hiring a Transaction Management Operations Analyst to join our Wealth Management Operations team in Dallas, TX (Onsite).
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for recent finance grads to gain real-world experience supporting investment transactions for high-net-worth clients—at a company consistently recognized by Forbes for excellence.
💵 Pay: $21–$22.28/hr
What You’ll Do:
âś… Process and reconcile a variety of investment transactions
âś… Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to resolve issues
âś… Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) to generate reports and performance insights
âś… Respond to client inquiries with precision and professionalism
âś… Help identify risks and support process improvements
What You Bring:
🎓 Finance or Accounting degree
đź“Š Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables a must!)
🧠Attention to detail + analytical mindset
đź’¬ Great communication and organization skills
