Property Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Property Manager with 5 years of experience in a similar position. This is a Temp to Perm role, located in Danbury, CT.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Housing Team, comprising Housing Specialists and Recertification Specialists, to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Oversee comprehensive activities related to affordable housing programs, including management of waiting lists, certifications/re-certifications, inspections, rent collection, resident accounts, file compliance, reasonable accommodations, resident grievances, legal disputes, and eviction proceedings.
  • Ensure strict compliance, Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement a robust training program for the Housing Team to ensure thorough understanding and compliance with affordable housing programs, as well as Agency policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and revise or develop policies and procedures to support necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to establish strategic plans for preventative maintenance and capital improvements.
  • Prepare and submit required Agency monthly reports with precision and timeliness.
  • Lead the Housing Team in preparation for NSPIRE inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure programs and files are audit-ready.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Excel

Pay Details: $30.00 to $42.00 per hour
