LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our client’s Human Resources team in delivering exceptional employee experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, processes, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and HR events.
Responding to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist with compliance reporting and documentation.
Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
The salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 dependent on experience.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per year
