Accounts Payable Specialist

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is connecting with Accounts Payable Specialists for our clients’ upcoming hiring needs in the Denver Metro Area. These roles may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire. For temporary and temp-to-hire roles, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments


• Performing 3 way match


• Working with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies


• Reconciling accounts to the general ledger


• Preparing financial reports


• Processing expense reports


• All other tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Payable role


• Excellent attention to detail


• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills


• Excellent organizational skills


• Previous experience with ERP software

  Compensation:



• Typical hourly rate between $22.00 and $29.00
