Accounts Payable Specialist

Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work at least partially onsite in the office in Downtown Denver. Parking is provided. You will have the option of working partially from home if you wish.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading energy company to fill their open Accounts Payable Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will preferably have at least 1 year of experience in the oil & gas industry.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $25.00 and $30.00 hourly. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable including coding invoices and field tickets


• Scanning, validating, and routing invoices


• Working with vendors to navigate the payment system


• Researching and resolving payment issues; providing excellent customer service


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role


• Previous experience in the oil & gas industry strongly preferred


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent analytical skills


• Previous experience with OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, and PriceBook preferred


• Previous experience with BOLO preferred

  Schedule



• Hybrid work from home schedule available


• 9/80 work schedule available

  Compensation:



• Hourly rate between $25.00 and $30.00
