Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temp to Hire)
Location: Onsite – Denver, CO 80203
Compensation: $27hr to $28.37hr based off experience
Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
Position Summary
A professional services organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative and facilities-related tasks, as well as executive support and client service functions. Ideal candidates will demonstrate professionalism, organization, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Support:
Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, and answer phones
Order and manage office supplies and meals for meetings/events
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized office environment
Handle mail and package processing
Executive & Administrative Support:
Support Principals, Directors, or senior staff with calendar management, meeting coordination, and logistics
Assist with document preparation, filing, and internal communications
Operational Tasks:
Assist in tax return processing and document preparation
Support client onboarding procedures and data entry
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
3+ years of administrative experience
Experience in a professional services or corporate office setting preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is a plus
Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
