Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist

Location: Denver, CO (On-site)

Company: Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team in Denver. As a part of a growing company dedicated to excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and payables processes.

• Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reconcile accounts receivable and payables to ensure accuracy.

• Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and reports as required.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with billing or payments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and approvals.

• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
