About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
Process accounts payable and receivable
Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close
Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Support payroll processing and employee expense tracking
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
