Compliance Analyst

Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work out of the Denver office 3 days per week. You may work from home using company-provided equipment the other 2 days per week.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Compliance Analyst job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You must also have proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 6 months. Depending on your performance in the role and our client’s staffing needs, this role may be extended and/or result in a permanent position in the company. You will earn between $24.00 and $25.00 per hour in this role. You will also be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs during the temporary period (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts: setting up new accounts, changing ownership of accounts, etc.


• Verifying resale tax numbers in various state databases


• Forwarding validated documentation to administration colleague


• Logging account information in trackers


• Reviewing monthly and quarterly reports to identify unprocessed members


• Processing updates


• Downloading packets from the member portal


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: must be able to use VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formula


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent organizational skills


• Excellent analytical skills


• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role

  Compensation:



• Hourly rate between $24.00 and $25.00
