LHH has a fantastic position open with a boutique Denver firm that provides the capability to have hands on work with sophisticated corporate and finance clients on secured and unsecured deals, while also being able to achieve bonuses at lower billable hours.

This role will allow you to gain hands on work with clients and allow you to expand your practice and expertise on general corporate and finance matters.

This position offers:

• Bonus payouts after lower billable hours than larger firms, and significant business development bonuses

• Flexible hybrid work schedule working from home two days a week

• Bonuses at lower billable hours that significantly increase compensation to Cravath level

• Direct client contact and hands on experience

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing in Colorado

• Excellent academic credentials

• 4+ years of general Corporate and Finance experience

Salary and benefits:

The base salary range for this role in the Colorado market is $140,000-$190,000, and additional bonuses that significantly increase compensation potential.
