Job Title: Corporate Legal Assistant
Location: Denver, Colorado
Salary: $60,000-$80,000 DOE
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with corporate law experience to join our client’s team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys working on corporate transactions, entity management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting corporate or transactional attorneys and a strong understanding of business law procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, proofread, and format a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, corporate governance materials, resolutions, and formation documents
  • Assist with preparing and filing corporate documents with the Colorado Secretary of State and other jurisdictions
  • Maintain corporate records, minute books, and entity management databases
  • Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and document delivery for transactions and filings
  • Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings, conference calls, and closings
  • Assist with due diligence tasks, including document organization and data room management
  • Process attorney time entries and assist with billing coordination
  • Maintain client files in accordance with firm procedures and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of legal assistant experience in a corporate law setting (law firm or in-house legal department)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems (e.g., NetDocs, iManage, etc.)
  • Familiarity with corporate filings, entity formation, and governance requirements
  • Strong proofreading and document formatting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
