LHH is assisting a highly respected Denver boutique firm in its search for a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate. The firm provides opportunities to work on complex M&A and general corporate matters with private equity organizations with a fast track to partnership.

This position offers:

· The ability to lead and manage M&A transactions, from due diligence to deal closure.

Qualifications:

· Must be licensed and in good standing in Colorado

· Excellent academic credentials

· 2+ years Corporate M&A experience

Salary and benefits:

The base salary range for this role in the Colorado market is $235,000-$350,000.
