LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking candidates in Denver, CO for the position of Director of Procurement. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies that align with the business objectives and values of the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to senior management and stakeholders on all procurement matters, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, risk management, and supplier performance.
• Lead and coach a team of procurement professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality procurement services and solutions.
• Manage procurement projects and initiatives and drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement practices and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree or procurement certification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior procurement role.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in all areas of procurement, including strategic sourcing, contract management, category management, supplier relationship management, and cost savings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and deliver value.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
