Job Title: File Clerk / Administrative Assistant
Location: Denver, CO (On-site)
Pay: $20-$25/hr.
Duration: Temporary (a few weeks up to a few months)

LHH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented File Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our client's legal office in downtown Denver. This is a temporary position offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a newly established office space. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overflow administrative support to legal secretaries

  • Save and manage documents using NetDocuments

  • Build notebooks and handle print/copy jobs

  • Process employee and client expense reports

  • Manage office supplies: ordering, restocking, and organizing

  • Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events

  • Coordinate visitor access with building security

  • Greet clients and guests; order meals for depositions and mediations

  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries

  • Work with vendors on office punch list items (related to new space setup)

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas

Additional Information:

  • A parking pass will be provided (the garage is in-building and covered)

  • Great opportunity to work closely with the office manager during the final stages of office setup

  • Ideal for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Ideal role for someone new to the legal field looking to gain legal experience, a new college grad with a pre-law background, or an unemployed legal professional looking for work
