Job Title: File Clerk / Administrative Assistant
Location: Denver, CO (On-site)
Pay: $20-$25/hr.
Duration: Temporary (a few weeks up to a few months)
LHH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented File Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our client's legal office in downtown Denver. This is a temporary position offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a newly established office space. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to help maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overflow administrative support to legal secretaries
Save and manage documents using NetDocuments
Build notebooks and handle print/copy jobs
Process employee and client expense reports
Manage office supplies: ordering, restocking, and organizing
Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events
Coordinate visitor access with building security
Greet clients and guests; order meals for depositions and mediations
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
Work with vendors on office punch list items (related to new space setup)
Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas
Additional Information:
A parking pass will be provided (the garage is in-building and covered)
Great opportunity to work closely with the office manager during the final stages of office setup
Ideal for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ideal role for someone new to the legal field looking to gain legal experience, a new college grad with a pre-law background, or an unemployed legal professional looking for work
