General Manager

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading car rental company to fill their open General Manager job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $120,00 and $125,000 annually. You will be eligible for their competitive benefits package (details below). You will also have the opportunity for a substantial additional incentives depending on your performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the management of all aspects of the location including Human Resources, Customer Service, Operations, Fleet Management, Maintenance, Sales, etc.

  • Maximizing the location’s profitability and increasing market share

  • Monitoring P&L; conducting financial analysis and managing budgets

  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures

  • Proactively planning and scheduling workers, equipment, vehicle maintenance, etc.

  • Maintaining a safe, positive work culture and environment

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other partners

  • All other related tasks as required

    Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • P&L acumen

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred but not required

  • Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in a car rental agency preferred but not required

  • Strong internal and external customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Proficiency with Google Suite, ADP, and/or Workday software preferred

  • Strong conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Compensation:


  • Annual salary between $120,000 and $125,000
