Our client is a leading healthcare AmLaw firm that is seeking an Attorney who specializes in healthcare transactions and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering strategic legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and support on healthcare transactions and acquisitions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.
Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Advise clients on regulatory matters, including healthcare compliance, licensing, and reimbursement issues.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Colorado bar membership in good standing.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare transactions and acquisitions.
Deep knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations,
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive base salary between $200,000-240,000.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
401K with employer match.
Pay Details: $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
