LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking candidates in Denver, CO for the position of HR Director. Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the business objectives and values of the organization.


  • Provide guidance and support to senior management and employees on all HR matters, including performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.


  • Lead and coach a team of HR professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and solutions.


  • Manage HR projects and initiatives and drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices and processes.


  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.


  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.


  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in all areas of HR, including strategic planning, organizational development, change management, employee engagement, and legal compliance.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and deliver value.


  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
