Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the business objectives and values of the organization.
Provide guidance and support to senior management and employees on all HR matters, including performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.
Lead and coach a team of HR professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and solutions.
Manage HR projects and initiatives and drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices and processes.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in all areas of HR, including strategic planning, organizational development, change management, employee engagement, and legal compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and deliver value.
Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
