As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR duties and functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities



  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.


  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.


  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR issues and policies, such as employee relations, performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.


  • Administer and maintain employee records, benefits, and payroll in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.


  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.


  • Conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.


  • Assist the HR Director and managers in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives, such as diversity, equity and inclusion, employee recognition, and retention.


  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal compliance.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.


  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.


  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Business suites, as well as HRIS and ATS systems.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


  • Certification in PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred.
