Role: Legal Administrative Assistant
Location: Denver, CO – Hybrid – 2 days WFH
Pay: $59,000 - $87,000

LHH is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support our client’s legal professionals and clients. This role involves managing billing processes, scheduling, document production, and maintaining organized files.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing: time-entry, data review, corrections, submissions, and dispute research.

  • Prepare sensitive correspondence and reports from drafts or dictation.

  • Schedule appointments, travel, and meetings; maintain business calendars.

  • Produce and manage practice group-specific projects and ensure compliance with security protocols.

  • Interact professionally with internal and external contacts; assist as needed.

  • Establish and maintain well-organized files, managing original client documents in various formats.

  • Coordinate with billing attorneys on monthly pre-bills and revisions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite; strong computer aptitude.

  • Proficiency in document management systems.

  • Ability to proofread and edit non-routine correspondence and reports.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
