Role: Legal Administrative Assistant
Location: Denver, CO – Hybrid – 2 days WFH
Pay: $59,000 - $87,000
LHH is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support our client’s legal professionals and clients. This role involves managing billing processes, scheduling, document production, and maintaining organized files.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing: time-entry, data review, corrections, submissions, and dispute research.
Prepare sensitive correspondence and reports from drafts or dictation.
Schedule appointments, travel, and meetings; maintain business calendars.
Produce and manage practice group-specific projects and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Interact professionally with internal and external contacts; assist as needed.
Establish and maintain well-organized files, managing original client documents in various formats.
Coordinate with billing attorneys on monthly pre-bills and revisions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite; strong computer aptitude.
Proficiency in document management systems.
Ability to proofread and edit non-routine correspondence and reports.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
