Job Title: Temporary Senior Level Litigation Legal Assistant


Location: Denver, Colorado


Pay Rate: $30-$36/hour


LHH is seeking a temporary Senior Level Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client's legal team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and assist with all aspects of litigation proceedings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation support, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to attorneys during all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and managing deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials as needed.
  • Assist with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and document production.
  • Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
  • Handle billing and invoicing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant, with a focus on litigation support.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local and federal court rules and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
