Senior Accounting Specialist

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Senior Accounting Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 8 years of experience processing AP and AR. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $70,000 and $80,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

You will be required to work onsite in Downtown Denver 3 days per week. The other days you may work from home using company-provided equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Processing full-cycle AP


• Use tax reporting


• Assisting with prepaid assets, fixed assets, and other items as required


• Posting cash daily


• Creating and uploading invoices to various client sites


• Maintaining the AR collections log and following up with managers as needed


• Reconciling credit cards and bank accounts


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least 8 years of recent, relevant experience processing AP and AR


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent organizational skills


• Excellent analytical skills


• Strong Excel skills


• Associate’s Degree or higher in accounting preferred but not required

  Compensation:



• Annual salary between $70,000 and $80,000
